The process
Where to start
The program runs in four stages over a few weeks. Nothing here requires special software, a new phone, or a home office renovation. Just a clear look at what you already have.
Initial review
A conversation, conducted remotely, about how your current day actually runs. Not how you wish it ran. We ask about start times, stop times, workspace layout, notification habits, and the specific moments where boundaries tend to break down.
Roughly 45 minutesStructure plan
Based on the review, we prepare a written plan covering a proposed daily shape, a workspace adjustment suited to your living situation, and a small set of workflow changes. The plan is specific: times, actions, and short explanations of why each piece matters.
Delivered within a weekTesting period
You try the plan in your own week. This is where most of the actual learning happens, since a plan on paper always looks cleaner than a real Tuesday with three unexpected meetings. We ask you to note where it held and where it did not.
Two to three weeksTwo follow-up check-ins
Short sessions to adjust whatever did not hold. Often this means simplifying, not adding more rules. A boundary with fewer moving parts tends to survive longer than one that requires constant conscious effort.
20 to 30 minutes eachReference guide
A short written summary of your personal structure, kept for reference after the program ends. Useful for revisiting during busy periods or when a schedule change disrupts what had been working.
Yours to keep
What we need from you to begin
Just a short description of your current schedule and workspace, sent through the contact form. There is no application process and no fee for the initial review conversation.
- A rough outline of your typical working hours
- A note on your workspace, even a photo if you are comfortable sharing one
- Whether you work for an employer or independently
- Any specific moments where the boundary tends to break
Before you begin
A few practical notes
The full program spans roughly four to six weeks including the testing period, but the initial review conversation carries no obligation to continue further.
Yes. Life circumstances change, and the testing period in particular can be extended if your schedule shifts unexpectedly during the program.
No. Most workspace adjustments use items already in a typical home. Where a small purchase is suggested, it is optional and never required to benefit from the program.
